Yesterday, two thousand years ago
Jesus wept

When His beloved friend died
When the rest did not believe in Him

Today, two thousand years later
Jesus weeps again

When billions souls are dying
When many more still do not believe in Him

Tonight, two thousand years later
When even Christians do not care
If souls living or dying

Jesus is weeping.
